This issue of the Review contains nine papers from two co-operative research conferences. One is drawn from the Asia-Pacific Co-operative Research Conference held in Cebu, Philippines in February 2003 and the other eight are selected from papers presented at the International Research Conference held in Victoria, Canada in May 2003.
